- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our AI-generated services, we do not offer refunds once a tool has been used or credits have been consumed.
- If you experience a technical error that prevents you from using a purchased service, please contact us at support@shopveigo.com within 48 hours of the issue, and we will work to resolve it or provide equivalent credit.
- We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of verified service outages or billing errors.
5. User Content

- You retain ownership of any content you upload or input into our Service ("Your Content").
- By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI service.
- We do not claim ownership of Your Content. Your Content is processed, delivered, and not retained beyond the service delivery unless you choose to save it.
5.2 AI-Generated Content
- Content generated by our AI tools based on your input is provided "as is."
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before use.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or use the Service to create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful components
- Depicts or promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

- "ShopVeigo" and related logos are trademarks of ShopVeigo AI Technology.

- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- SHOPVEIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
- SHOPVEIGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHOPVEIGO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or be free from errors.
- We do not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice through our tools.
- Any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
10. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
- You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@shopveigo.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
